How to Use

TV

  • Your apartment is equipped with a smart TV
  • You can use this service free of charge
  • We have Cable TV, YouTube, Netflix subscription and internet content is available to watch
  • To use the TV, you must turn on both the set-top box and the TV. You can navigate between channels using the set-top box's remote control.

Wifi

  • You can use this service free of charge
  • Password: printed on the door in the inside

Towels and cleaning

  • The room is provided with one large towel and one hand towel per person. If you would like to change them, you can always find clean towels for free in the cupboard in the hallway of the apartment.
  • The apartment is cleaned after the guest leaves. If you stay longer than 7 days, you can request the apartment to be cleaned once free of charge at a pre-arranged time.
  • We can also provide additional cleaning services. The cleaning fee is 25 euros per cleaning session.

Smoking in the Apartment

  • Frank & Fang Apartments only have non-smoking accommodations
  • You are not allowed to smoke in the stairway and in any part of the apartment house
  • You are allowed to smoke only in the streets

Air conditioner - cooling

  • Your apartment is equipped with a modern air-conditioner device
  • You can use this service free of charge
  • Air conditioner is controlled by the white remote
  • Always use the cooling mode on summer
  • Please turn off the device when you leave the apartment
  • If the temperature is set below 22 degrees settings can be corrected remote

Heating

  • You can set desired temperature with the thermostat on the wall
  • Normal setting is 22 degrees

Induction cooker

  • Your apartment is equipped with induction cooker with 2 plates
  • Switch the cooker
  • Press and hold the locker button for 10 sec
  • Select the plate you want to use
  • Put a pan on the plate
  • Set the heating level
  • The plate only gets hot when you put a pan on it

Coffee maker

  • Your apartment is equipped with a capsule coffee maker.
  • Capsules for the coffee machine is available at the apartment free of charge.

Water

  • Water from the tap is clean, you can drink it without boiling.

Toilet

  • Please throw the used toilet paper into the toilette. (Don't use the trash bin for it!).

Garbage

  • There are big trash bins in the patio on the downstairs to throw your waste into them
  • You can separate your waste
  • Big trash bins with yellow roof for plastic and cans of fizzy drinks
  • Big trash bins with blue roof for paper
  • And the green for general waste

Check out

  • When leaving the accommodation the keytag have to be left on the hook on the door
  • When you leave the apartment please check to leave the remote controls and close the windows and the doors and turn off the air conditioner

Important

  • In case of emergency call 112.
  • On the day of departure the apartment have to be left until 10 o'clock. Other options is necessary to be agreed but it is managed flexibly and subject to availability.
  • Please inform us of the check out time in advance.
  • In the event of loss keytag please inform us immediately.
  • Guests should consider the rules of the house, especially regarding to the morning the
    afternoon and evening and night hours of silence order.
  • You are not allowed to smoke in any part of the house including the stairway and the patio.
  • If you need additional towels or cleaning service during your stay please send us a message.

Smoking

There are a lot of restrictions on smoking in Hungary. Most restricted areas are signed with the standard pictograms but there are some special rules. You are not allowed to smoke:

  • at Budapest Transport stations, restaurants, pubs etc.
  • In 5 meter radius of the entrance of shops, schools, museums, banks etc.

As in Hungary tobacco commerce is a state monopoly you can only buy tobacco in National Tobacco shops. Tobacco shops have the same logo: "NEMZETI DOHÁNYBOLT" in white in a brown banner.
